Academic English pathwayAcademic English courses are designed to improve your level of English
and study skills to enable you to succeed in your studies. You can
progress through the pathway and onto foundation, undergraduate and
postgraduate courses in any academic subject.
Foundation pathwayFoundation course is a one-year university preparation course especially
designed for overseas. Normally, it is for school leavers who have
studied a non-British curriculum, but wish to pursue a degree in the UK.
In addition, foundation courses are designed to give you specific
subject knowledge and provide you with skills you will need for your
chosen course. As a company that has many contacts with different
universities, we wish to ensure that every prospective student can make
the right choice for their future studies. For this reason, we
personally advise most students to take part in foundation programs as
they will be able to benefit more from the academic curriculum as well
as being able to keep up with native speaking students.
Pre-Master's pathwayPre-master's programme has been designed to fully prepare you for your
future master's course. You have the opportunity to specialise in a
subject of your choice through modules from a range of subjects. You
will also improve your study skills and use of academic English - the
essential skills you will need for your master's course.
